FLAVOURS

Only the best quality raw ingredients we can find go into our ices. We hand select premium seasonal fruit and blend it with old fashioned vanilla bean custard made from fresh British double cream, organic whole milk and free range eggs. Much of our fruit comes from English farms including Chegworth, Riverdale and Perry court farm who sell their lovely produce @ London farmer markets. During the soft fruit season we make damson and plum ice creams using the glut we pick from our Syon Park allotment.




Our flavours are forever changing with the seasons but here are some of 2015's favourites;
